Your employee should be ready and available for work thoughout the furlough period and expecting to be notified of a return to work date.  Once agreed simply e-mail NannyPaye with the first date your nanny will be returning. 

Please confirm in that e-mail if the return is under the original contract and salary.  If the return is part-time but you expect the hours to build up to the original contract then this should be treated as part-time furlough and you should review the 'How do I return my nanny part-time' section. If however you have agreed a new contract and you nanny is returning under that new agreement please advise us of this new working pattern and pay.
