NannyPaye Refferal Programme - Terms and Conditions

By participating in the NannyPaye Refer a friend Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

1.1. The referral program is open to all NannyPaye Employers and Nannies with access to the Refer a friend section in their Members Area.
1.2. The referred client must be a new customer who has not previously registered with NannyPaye.
1.3. The referred client must sign up and pay for a full-year of payroll service with no promotional offers, discounts, or incentives applied other than the discount applied via your referral code.
1.4 The referred client must provide a valid referral code at the point of registration to qualify.
1.5 If the referred client uses an alternate referral code, no further referral payment will be made.

2. Referral Rewards

2.1. A £25 referral payment will be made for each successful referral meeting all eligibility criteria.
2.2. There is no cap on the number of referrals an individual can make—unlimited referrals, unlimited rewards!
2.3. Referral payments will normally be processed in the month following the start of the new clients employee, subject to eligibility verification.
2.4. Payments will be made at NannyPaye’s sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

3. Referred Client Discount

3.1. The referred client will receive 10% off NannyPaye’s monthly payroll service for the first 12 months of their subscription.
3.2. The discount applies only to the standard monthly payroll service and does not extend to additional services or one-time fees.
3.3. The 10% discount is only valid if the referral code is provided at the time of registration and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Conditions & Restrictions

4.1. If a referred client cancels their service before completing the full-year term, the referral payment will be void.
4.2. The referral reward is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for any other benefit.
4.3. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or incentives.

5. Program Changes & Termination

5.1. NannyPaye reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral program at any time, without prior notice.
5.2. Any decisions made by NannyPaye regarding the referral program, eligibility, and reward payments are final.
