How to switch to us

Switching to our payroll service is very easy. We would ask you to either call us or complete our online subscription form. Then we will require the following information from your current provider (whether that is another bureau or you doing it yourself).

  • Accounts Office Reference – the one you use when paying HMRC.

  • PAYE Reference – the one that is printed on your employees end of year P60 amongst other documents.

  • A P11 from your previous payroll provider – this shows us what payroll they have completed for you

  • Add us as a delegate to your NEST Pension scheme, if you already have one (following our handy step-by-step guide).

It really is that simple. Once we have all of the information we can fully manage your account for you.
